Contract information:. Smartz Pro will provide a licensed and experienced driver who will be the only driver to the vehicle. Smartz Pro is also responsible to ensure that the vehicle is insured and operational under Liberian laws. The Renter has right to review the car insurance and other related documents. In case of accident, Smartz Pro’s liability to customer shall be limited to the insurance coverage for the vehicle. In other words, customer’s accident claims shall be limited to what is payable to passengers by the vehicle insurance coverage. The Renter shall assume full responsibility of any damage if they operate the vehicle. Renter shall bear full responsibility to safeguard all property, luggage, personal items like cell phones, etc throughout the duration of the contract.
